How to choose the material of electric heating tube

1, the selection of the principle of pipe: temperature, corrosion resistance

Ingrid 840 heating tube can be used in poor water quality conditions, Ingrid 840 electric heating tube can work in high temperature under good oxidation resistance, good corrosion resistance.

2, the choice of resistance wire

    Commonly used in the electric wire resistance wire materials are Fe-Cr-Al and Cr20Ni80 resistance wire. KAWAI selection of iron-chromium wire for the 0Cr25Al5 grades, compared with the general iron-chromium wire melting point higher, have a better life. The main difference between the two kinds of resistance wire: 0Cr25Al5 melting point higher than Cr20Ni80, but at a higher temperature, 0Cr25Al5 more easily oxidized, and Cr20Ni80 at high temperatures can also maintain stable performance. Therefore, the resistance wire used in the high temperature state is generally Cr20Ni80.

3, the choice of magnesium oxide powder

4, sealing material selection
