tubular heater Verification standard

The specific test method for electric heating pipe can be seen in the national standard "JB / T 2379-1993 Metal Tubular Electric Heating Element", "GB / T 23150-2008 Tubular Heater for Water Heater", "JB / T 4088-1999 Daily Tubular Electric Heating Element" ; Its standard provides the main technical requirements of electric heating, experimental methods, inspection rules, packaging, storage and a series of requirements

Electric tube quality depends on the quality of the following areas: electrical strength, insulation, leakage current, power accuracy, life, corrosion resistance, size and so on.

1, Power input test: to the rated voltage power, the power deviation can not exceed the table below

2, electrical strength test:

A. Cold electric strength: should be able to withstand 50Hz, 1min pressure, cut off the current 5mA, no breakdown, flashover phenomenon.

B. Working temperature electrical strength: withstand 50Hz, 1min pressure, cut off the current 5mA, no breakdown, flashover phenomenon.

3, the operating temperature of the leakage current

Electric tube in the full exothermic conditions, to 1.15 times the rated power input, leakage current 0.5m A.

4, overload test

Electric tube in the full exothermic conditions, to 1.27 times the rated power power 1hrs, power cooling 0.5hrs to room temperature (allowing the use of forced cooling), so repeated 30 cycles, no damage.

5, electric heating pipe shell sealing test (pipe cracking test)

Electrothermal tube immersed in acidified water (2% ~ 3% hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid or nitric acid) 3hrs, both ends of the heating tube should be exposed at least 5mm surface, the test should meet the performance requirements of the first two to three.

6, sealing sealing test

The electric heating tube placed in the temperature of 60 ℃, humidity 95% of the environment 24hrs, placed after the performance should meet the first 2 to 3 requirements.

7, life test

Heating tube in the full exothermic conditions, the rated voltage power 1hrs, power cooling 0.5hrs to room temperature (allowing the use of forced cooling), the cumulative working time of 3000hrs. [1]

Performance requirements

Root of the national standards, electric heating pipe has the following requirements:

1 temperature rise time

At the test voltage, the temperature of the component from the ambient temperature to the test temperature should not be greater than 15min

2 Rated power deviation

In the full heat conditions, the components of the rated power deviation should not exceed the following provisions of the range;

For rated power of 100W or less for the components: ± 10%.

+ 5% -10% or 10W for components with a rated power greater than 100 W, whichever is greater.

Some companies do very accurate power, for example: Taizhou Jia one single-end electric tube factory;

Yancheng area here, some companies can do +5% ~ -5%, the resistance value of the deviation is only 1Ω, such as the safety of electric resistance.

3 leakage current </ DIV>

Cold leakage current and leakage current after water pressure and sealing test shall not exceed 0.5 mA

The thermal leakage current at operating temperature shall not exceed the calculated value in the formula, but the maximum shall not exceed 5mA

When multiple components are connected in series to the power supply, the leakage current test shall be performed for the whole group of components.

4 Insulation resistance

Cold-state insulation resistance at the time of factory inspection should not be less than 50MΩ

After the sealing test, the insulation resistance after long-term storage or use should not be different from MΩ

The thermal insulation resistance at the operating temperature shall not be less than the calculated value in the formula, but the minimum shall be not less than 1 MΩ

5 Dielectric strength

The components shall be maintained for 1 min under the specified test conditions and test voltages without flashover and breakdown

6 to withstand the power-off capability

The component shall be capable of undergoing 2000 power failure tests under the specified test conditions without damage

Overload capacity

The component shall withstand 30 cycles of cyclic overload test under the specified test conditions and input power without damage

8 heat resistance

The component shall withstand 1000 cycles of heat resistance test under the specified test conditions and test voltage without damage
