Product Description
Cartridge heater is a piece of equipment, made of high purity Mgo powder or MgO tube, ceramic cap, resistance wire(Ni20Cr80), High temperature leads,seamless stainless steel sheath(304,310,316,321,2520). Cartridge heater has metal shell. Spiral electric heated alloy wire (nickel-chromium,iron chromium alloy) are uniformly distributed around the center axis inside the tube.The gap is filled with good thermal insulating magnesia.The end of the tube resealed with silicone and ceramic. The metal sheathed electric heating element can heat the air, metal molds and all kinds of liquid.
Cartridge heater will include the structure of sealing, the terminal part, flange, temperature control or fuse,etc.according to different requirements of the application, safety and installation.
