Installation of cold storage drain pipe: The drain pipe is made of PVC or PPR engineering plastic pipe:
1. Step: connect the water pipe → lay the heating wire → check the water leak → heat insulation.
2. The dirt and rust inside the pipe must be cleaned before installation. The installation of the pipe should be closed and protected during the installation.
3. The effective distance of the drain pipe in the warehouse is as short as possible. The slope of the horizontal pipe should be 1/100 to 1/50.
4. A soft connection is made between the drain port of the machine tray and the drain pipe, and the drain port of the condensate drain tray of the inner machine should be higher than the drain pipe joint, and the PVC pipe is connected by special PVC glue. The leakage test of the drainage water system can be carried out by the water filling test, and no leakage is acceptable.
5. After the pipeline is installed, the system should be flushed. After the system is cleaned, it can be connected.
