Performance requirements
Root of the national standards, electric heating pipe has the following requirements:
1 temperature rise time
At the test voltage, the temperature of the component from the ambient temperature to the test temperature should not be greater than 15min
2 Rated power deviation
In the full heat conditions, the components of the rated power deviation should not exceed the following provisions of the range;
For rated power of 100W or less for the components: ± 10%.
+ 5% -10% or 10W for components with a rated power greater than 100 W, whichever is greater.
Some companies do very accurate power, for example: Taizhou Jia one single-end electric tube factory;
Yancheng area here, some companies can do +5% ~ -5%, the resistance value of the deviation is only 1Ω, such as the safety of electric resistance.
3 leakage current </ DIV>
Cold leakage current and leakage current after water pressure and sealing test shall not exceed 0.5 mA
The thermal leakage current at operating temperature shall not exceed the calculated value in the formula, but the maximum shall not exceed 5mA

When multiple components are connected in series to the power supply, the leakage current test shall be conducted for the whole group of components.
4 Insulation resistance
Cold-state insulation resistance at the time of factory inspection should not be less than 50MΩ
After the sealing test, the insulation resistance after long-term storage or use should not be different from MΩ
The thermal insulation resistance at the operating temperature shall not be less than the calculated value in the formula, but the minimum shall be not less than 1 MΩ

5 Dielectric strength
The components shall be maintained for 1 min under the specified test conditions and test voltages without flashover and breakdown
6 to withstand the power-off capability
The component shall be capable of undergoing 2000 power failure tests under the specified test conditions without damage
Overload capacity
The component shall withstand 30 cycles of cyclic overload test under the specified test conditions and input power without damage
8 heat resistance
The component shall withstand 1000 cycles of heat resistance test under the specified test conditions and test voltage without damage
