This method is simple and easy to operate, but the chiller has an electric heating tube of 40~100W per square metre of heat transfer area, which consumes too much power and has a great impact on the temperature fluctuation of the chiller. It does not save energy; Cream electric heating tube power is very large, the quality of the heating tube is not good or the use of a long time, easy to burn or even cause a fire, electric heating defrost there is a serious security risk.


Water defrosting: Water defrosting is the use of a water pump or water spray device to spray water on the outer surface of the evaporator so that the frost layer is melted and flushed away by the heat of the water. Water flushing is a very effective defrosting method because of its simple operation and short time. In a cold store with a very low temperature, after repeated flushing, the water temperature is too low and will affect the effect of the flushing. If the cream is not cleaned in a set period of time, the frost layer may change after the cooling fan works normally. Ice formation makes it harder for the next flush.


Hot working defrosting: Hot working defrosting is the use of high-temperature superheated refrigerant vapor discharged from the compressor, after the oil separator, into the evaporator, the evaporator temporarily as a condenser, the use of hot working fluid The heat released during condensation melts the frost layer on the evaporator surface. At the same time, the original refrigerant and lubricating oil accumulated in the evaporator are discharged into the defrosting drum or the low-pressure circulating drum by means of hot working fluid pressure or gravity. When hot air defrosting, the load of the condenser is reduced, and the operation of the condenser can also save part of the electrical energy. From this, it can be seen that defrosting of hot work mass is the most economical way of defrosting a chiller.

Basic principle: The chiller is heated and defrosted with the hot Freon vapor discharged from the compressor. After defrosting, the Freon liquid is discharged into the drainage tank, and the pressure is increased to supply the Freon in the drainage tank to the supply pipe for cooling.
