How To Judge The Quality Of Heating Tube

When we have a Heating Tube, how should we judge the quality of an electric Heating Tube?

Measuring two aspects with Multimeter ohmmeter:

1. The resistance of the two outlets should be normal, 220 V, 1000W about 48 Euros, 1500W about 32 Euros, and so on.

2. The resistance of any outgoing wire to the outer shell is more than several megaohms. It is good to be able to pass these two steps.

Multimeter is a more precise instrument, if used improperly, it will cause inaccurate measurement and extremely easy to damage. However, as long as we master the usage method and precautions of the multimeter, and do it carefully, the multimeter will be durable. The following points should be paid attention to when using the multimeter:

1. Measuring current and voltage can not be offset. If the resistance or current gear is mistakenly used to measure the voltage, the meter will easily burn out. When the multimeter is not in use, it is better to rotate the gear to the highest AC voltage level to avoid damage due to improper use.

2. When measuring DC voltage and current, pay attention to the polarity of'+','-', and don't make mistakes. If the pointer is reversed, the stick should be changed immediately to avoid damaging the pointer and the head.

3. If you do not know the measured voltage or current, you should first use the highest gear, and then choose the appropriate gear to test, so as to avoid the pin deflection and damage the head. The closer the selected gear is to the measured value, the more accurate the measured value will be.

4. When measuring resistance, do not touch the naked ends of the component (or the metal parts of two watchsticks) with your hands, so as to avoid parallel connection between the body resistance and the measured resistance and make the measurement result inaccurate.

5. When measuring resistance, if two watchbars are short connected and the "zero ohm" knob is adjusted to the maximum, the pointer is still less than 0. This phenomenon is usually caused by insufficient battery voltage in the meter, so new batteries should be replaced to measure accurately.

6. When the multimeter is not in use, do not rotate in the resistance gear, because there are batteries in it. If two watchbars are easily short-circuited by accident, it will not only consume batteries, but also damage the watch head in serious cases.
