The leakage of Heating Tube and its solution are introduced.
Reason
1. Unconnected lines;
2. Insulation damage of electric heat pipe (this may be the problem of insulating magnesia powder or joint insulation);
3. Burning of electric heat pipe and short circuit of cup body;
4. Improper cleaning, water touches the terminal of stainless steel electric heating pipe;
5. The circuit conductor drops off and collides with the cup body.
6. There is too much dirt in electric socket or power plug.
7. The water quality is too poor and the fouling is serious.
Resolvent
1. Connect the line as required and check whether it is correct.
2. Inspection and repair if such incidents occur, suggest replacement;
3. The electric heat pipe has been damaged and replaced with the same specification.
4. Clean and dry stainless steel heating tubes correctly.
5. Check the broken wires and re-weld them firmly.
6. Clean and dry properly.
